The solution includes patient record management, appointment scheduling, treatment planning, billing integration, and a full-featured LMS with video courses, interactive assessments, and certificate management. The platform serves individual practitioners, dental practices, and educational institutions.

Technical Approach

We built the platform using React for a dynamic frontend with Redux for state management. The backend leverages Node.js microservices with PostgreSQL for relational data and secure patient records. Video content is hosted on AWS with CloudFront CDN for global distribution and adaptive bitrate streaming. Stripe handles payment processing while maintaining PCI compliance. The LMS engine includes SCORM support for course compatibility and xAPI for advanced learning analytics. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with comprehensive audit logging for HIPAA compliance.
